My purchase’s color doesn’t look exactly like the website’s. What gives?
It might be that due to your monitor color configurations, things on the screen may appear different from the actual product.

Where are your products made?
All our product are made from trusted manufacturers around the world. These countries so far include both the States and China. 

 

EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However, defective items can be exchanged. 

What’s this store’s return and exchange policy?
Be doubly sure and double check your order for size, color, and address before hitting that ‘CONFIRM’ button! All products are custom made and printed to order. As such, we can’t offer returns or claims unless the products are defective.

In such an event, contact us at support@neonapostle.com and attach a picture of the item(s) in question.

To qualify for an exchange or claim: 

  • the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. 
  • the item(s) should be in the original state 
  • the item(s) must be returned within 7 days after receiving them.

My stuff arrived damaged! What do I do?
Although quality is one of our top priorities, unfortunately, to err is human. So once in a blue moon, damaged items would slip past our stringent quality control and get mistakenly sent out. When that happens, immediately get in touch with us at support@neonapostle.com. State your order number and show a photo of the item with clear indication of the defect. Upon approval, we’ll send you a brand spanking new item. No need to even return the damaged item; keep it, or even upcycle it.

Hey! This isn’t what I ordered!
We double check everything. But sometimes, even then, we might send out the wrong item. No worries! Write to us at support@neonapostle.com. State your order number and show a photo of the wrongly delivered item. Upon approval, please return them and we’ll send you the correct item(s) ASAP. We’ll cover the cost of returning it.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I still change this?
As long as your items aren’t in print yet, you can still cancel your order. To moment they’re "in print" we can no longer cancel order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Why are some items shipped separately?
Because we care about having kick-ass product quality, we approach each manufacturer who’s awesome at producing specific items; some are fantastic at shoes, others are terrific at hoodies, so on and so forth.

Why do certain items take so long?
Because each product is made to order specially for you. The extra effort is made to ensure that the product(s) you choose arrives in good order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We ship worldwide. However, shipping may take an additional 2 weeks longer than US orders.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is free with purchases above $99. International shipping will be calculated upon checkout.

Is it possible to track the delivery and shipping?
If your order is eligible for tracking, you'll receive an additional email with the tracking number when your order has been shipped.

 

PAYMENT & SECURITY

Why is everything priced in US dollars?
As we deal with international order, we went with the most internationally recognised currency.

How do I pay for my order?
All payments can be made via PayPal.

Is paying via your website secure?
All orders placed through Neon Apostle are 100% secure and encrypted. Our storefront and credit card gateways operate on an ultra-secure storefront software platform. We are Verisign secured and verified Hacker Safe, and all confidential information is sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

 

SHOES

How would I know my shoe size?
If you are unsure of your shoe size, you can measure your shoe size. Keep in mind that because the foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler, can only approximate your true shoe size. Please also keep in mind that manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly.

Isn't putting God on your feet sacrilegious?
NOTE: Where does it say that it’s sacrilegious? After all, “and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.” Ephesians 6:15 And in Isaiah 52:7, "How beautiful on the mountain are the feet of those who bring good news". We believe these shoes can be conversation starters to share the good news and engage our culture in conversations about our creative, beautiful and loving God.

 

LEGGINGS AND HOODIES

What are your leggings made of?
Our leggings are made of 80% polyester and 20% spandex. They come with an elastic waistband and all our seams are double stitched so you LITERALLY can not tear them apart.

What’s this store’s return and exchange policy for leggings and hoodies?
Because of the nature of their materials, before your hit that ‘CONFIRM’ button, take a second look at your order, ensuring that the size, colour, and address you have provided are all correct. We can’t offer returns or claims because our products are made to order.

GENERAL

Why are you creating these products?
Neon Apostle was birthed out of a desire to connect with culture in new ways. For Christians to be constantly aware of the presence of God in every sphere of life. Through our designs, we hope to encourage believers in their faith through good good and tough seasons; whether doing laundry, going for a run, or dressing for a business meeting, to serve and do all things as unto the Lord.

Although most Neon Apostle designs are intentionally loud and attractive to inspire conversations about God and faith, we also have many designs that are subtle, creative, and beautiful which still carry the underlying themes of the Gospel.
